BN66 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BN66 platform, including the website at bn66.vin, the BN66 mobile app and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

BN66 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting and casino gaming services. The platform is intended for adults aged 18 years and above. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you are not permitted to use BN66 under any circumstances.

BN66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration

To use BN66's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one account on BN66. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for the same individual is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your name, contact details and date of birth.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password and any security information associated with your account.
• Any activity carried out from your account, whether by you or by another person using your credentials, is your responsibility. BN66 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify BN66 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• BN66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• You may not allow another person to use your account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

BN66 may decline a registration application or close an account without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal policy in Section 4, subject to the prohibited activities policy in Section 8.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on BN66 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and the Deposit page reflects the current options at any time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the Deposit page. These limits may change from time to time.
• BN66 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside BN66's control.
• Deposited funds become available in your BN66 account balance once the payment is confirmed. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer.
• Funds in your BN66 account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. Your balance is shown in PKR at all times.
• BN66 does not pay interest on funds held in your account balance.
• BN66 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a violation of these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit where this is technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. You may only withdraw funds that form part of your real-money balance — bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in the account section of the platform.
• BN66 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. BN66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but times may vary based on your payment provider's own processing schedule.
• If your account has an active bonus, your ability to withdraw may be subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus. Please check the Promotions page for the specific terms of any active offer.
• BN66 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of account verification or investigation of unusual activity.
• Fraudulent withdrawal requests, including those made using payment details not registered in your name, will be declined and may result in account suspension.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on BN66, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other sports available on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once you confirm a bet, it cannot be edited or cancelled, except in circumstances where BN66 declares the bet void.
• BN66 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds display, or any event that renders the market invalid. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets are placed on the live odds available at the time of submission. There may be a short delay between submission and confirmation during which odds can change. If the odds change materially before your bet is confirmed, you may be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and accumulators. These limits may vary by sport, market type and event. BN66 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions without providing a reason.
• BN66 may suspend markets at any time, including during live events, due to technical issues or significant changes in match circumstances.
• For cricket, PSL and T20 markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body shall be used to settle bets. If a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as stated in the detailed betting rules accessible from the platform.
• Accumulators are settled based on the outcome of all individual selections. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• BN66 does not accept bets from individuals who have non-public information about an event that gives them an unfair advantage. Any such bets are void and may result in account closure.

6. Casino & Games

BN66's casino section includes slot games, live casino tables with real dealers, and other gaming titles. The following terms apply to all casino and game activity:

• All casino games use certified random number generation where applicable. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in a studio environment and results are determined in real time.
• Game outcomes are final once the round is completed. Technical issues that interrupt a game session will be handled in accordance with the game provider's own rules. Where a round is incomplete due to a disconnection, the platform will attempt to resume the session or return the stake where the round cannot be completed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These are displayed within each game interface before you place a bet.
• Progressive jackpot games operate under separate rules supplied by the game provider. BN66 is not responsible for errors in jackpot calculation arising from the game provider's systems.
• BN66 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Any balance held in a game session at the time of removal will be returned to your account.
• Using automated tools, bots or any third-party software to interact with casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

BN66 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page and the general conditions below:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be staked before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific requirement is stated for each offer on the Promotions page.
• Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games and slots may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game type are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• BN66 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BN66. Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be suspended, and funds may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or guaranteed-profit scenarios against the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud or any other illegal purpose.
• Allowing any other person, including a minor, to access or use your account.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials to any other individual.

BN66 monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited activity is suspected, the platform may freeze an account, delay withdrawals and request additional information pending investigation. BN66's decision in all matters relating to prohibited activity is final.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

BN66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at platform staff or other users.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting BN66 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, BN66 encourages you to also set a self-exclusion period through the platform's Responsible Gaming tools before requesting closure.

10. Privacy & Data

12. Amendments & Governing Terms

For significant changes, BN66 may notify users through the platform or via registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Continued use of BN66 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BN66 regarding your use of the platform. Any previous agreements, representations or understandings are superseded by these Terms.

BN66's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.
